Unhealthy Parents affect unhealthy children
Patents shape children’s experiences with food and eating, by the genes that they inherited and the environment that they live. The patterns that they develop are contributed to their early social interaction with their parents. Children intake of foods is influences by what images are presented to them like overeating and undereating. Their choices and patterns are a reflection of the behavior of others around them. Parenting style and children behavior is a reflection on what the observe (Savage, Fisher & Birch, 2007).
A poor diet is caused by including the wrong foods within your body, and these poor choices will not have the proper nutrients needed. In contrast, the wrong food choices are not always the individual fault because of how food is packaged, which strips the food of the nutrients that our body needs and eliminates us from living a healthier life. These foods include low fiber and vitamins or are high in fats, sugar, and salt.
Unproperly nutrition can also be caused for individual overeating or undereating. If an individual eats more foods than they burn off, you can eventually cause weight gain and lead to obesity. If an individual under eats, they can deprive their body of the needed nutrients. The outcome of overweight or obesity can lead to heart problems and diabetes. Individuals who suffer from anorexia or bulimia disease can also be in jeopardy from medical complications and condition the same as individuals who overeat (Ventura & Birch, 2008).
If you have questions or concerns about a proper eating routine and the proper nutrition needed for your body, you should discuss this with your doctor or dietitians expert.
